By using clouddataautomationlab.digital or engaging Cloud Data Automation Lab for application analytics related to data automation governance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request paid work.

Services described

This site describes professional advisory engagements: Automation Governance Audits, Control Signal Attribution, Policy-to-Pipeline Mapping, and Governance Analytics Retainers. Descriptions and prices are informational. A binding engagement exists only after written scope confirmation and invoice acceptance.

No checkout

We do not process payments on this website. There is no cart, subscription signup, or automated billing through these pages.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design belong to Cloud Data Automation Lab. Engagement deliverables transfer to you as stated in the relevant statement of work; our methods and templates remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial reuse, or submit unlawful material. We may refuse or end engagements that conflict with these terms.

Disclaimer

Advisory work supports your governance decisions; it does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, certification, or uninterrupted automation. You remain responsible for your systems, policies, and compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our liability for any claim arising from site use or an engagement is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
